One of my favorites.

A well-disguised right-wing extremist.

More shameless extremism.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

This man was justifiably proud of his creation.

Piracy . . . privacy . . . whatev.

Someone asked these people if they were with Code Pink. Not so much.

It rained the entire time. The view from the peanut gallery was limited by a canopy of umbrellas. Crowds and umbrellas don't mix well, but no one got cranky, even when one anonymous blogger's bushy hair got snagged by a passing extremist's brolly.

More DC photos and video from Paco, RedState, and Moe Lane.

Here's a photo-journal from Barbara Curtis, in which I spot my umbrella (#70, dark green 'Chicago Botanic Garden,' on right) but not myself.

Mark Hemingway was in DC, too:
It was the best of times, it was the worst of times... but mostly it was just really, really wet. . . . There was a tent set up where anti-tax luminaries such as Grover Norquist addressed the crowd, but it was nearly impossible to hear or see the speaker from more than twenty feet away, due to the umbrellas blocking everyone's view and the anemic soundsystem. Still, there was no shortage of spectacle to be found in the crowd itself.
Exactly. Go to his Corner post for great photos and commentary.

Also in DC, The Patriot Room's Bill Dupray, with video and great photos of Laura.

*Mark Steyn points out that we don't know how many tea parties have gone uncounted. This parvus sed potens party may be one of them.

Edifying Tea Party thoughts from Bill Whittle and William Jacobson. Another good TP post here. And the big question: How many people were there?

I'll continue to update. Email me with your T-Party links.
