That's what we'll get with HR 3200, which contains a provision that opens the door for Planned Parenthood to take up residence in public schools, which will then serve as convenient one-stop vendors for multiple aspects of the progressive agenda.
From LifeNews.com:
In Title V of H.R. 3200, Subtitle B, called School-Based Health Clinics, outlines a new federal program where the government would fund health clinics near or in the nation's public schools.Read the rest. It's exactly what you'd expect from our abortion president. And though the government would be pleased to look into your personal finances, do you imagine that parents will be notified of services their kids receive at their school clinics? On the bright side, contraceptive-dispensing schools will make putting sterilants in the water unnecessary.
However, Section 399Z indicates that school officials won't be responsible for administering the clinics. Instead, that responsibility falls to the clinic sponsor, which could be Planned Parenthood -- the nation's largest abortion business which does more than 350,000 a year.
The section says "the SBHC sponsoring facility assumes all responsibility for the SBHC administration, operations, and oversight." Under the bill, a "sponsoring facility" is "a hospital, a public health department, a community health center, a nonprofit health care agency, (or) a local educational agency."
Victor Medina, writing in an opinion column for the Dallas Republican Examiner, is worried about the practical effect of the language.
"Such broad wording outlining the qualifications for government funds and access to schoolchildren could open the door for groups like Planned Parenthood to operate the clinics in schools with no oversight and full federal government support," he says.
"The clinics would be funded by federal grants awarded by the Obama administration, which has made it clear that they expect Planned Parenthood to play an active role in their proposed health care system," he says.

I worked for years in suburban public schools as a counselor. These same districts are the type that turned on Bush and voted on Obama. Believe me they are difference makers in election outcomes. Nothing will drive parents away from this administration, if they aren't already, like setting up this kind of program for schools.
These same parents might ignore whatever is on the television in their own home, but they love to argue with schools. Often they have good reason mind you, but Obama's focus on Planned Parenthood and threat to remove parental notification through FOCA would be his undoing with these voters.
I feel like parents do not like when the government infringes on their ability to parent, and this looks like it will do that. How can parents give their kids the parenting and guidance they need when they aren't aware of what's going on in their kids' lives? If these clinics provides services to kids without parental notification, it sure takes a lot of information out of the parents' hands.
