She's reading too fast

The clerk is reading Reid's 400-page "manager's amendment" aloud but she's going at a pretty rapid clip. What we need is the opposite of the stuff they used in Bye Bye Birdie to speed up the Russian ballet.

*Update: New reader. He's going a bit slower. Interruptions by Dems to move that the reading be dropped help a little, too.
