Coakley boots another one

Oh, Martha. You must be so grateful the season is almost over. This one took a really awkward bounce:

And she raised the subject. One of her people must have told her to bring up Giuliani's Yankee affiliation. She totally got the Yankees=bad part, but who could know she was a little muddled on that Schilling guy?

Let's give her credit, though. She didn't botch her home team's park name like you-know-who did.

I'll use this as an excuse to post a favorite photo of a couple of prominent Yankee fans:

Self-respecting Massachusetts-loving voters will have a hard time pulling the lever for Coakley and placing the interests of their state and our country in her inept hands.

Michelle Malkin has a great suggestion:

Attention, Saturday Night Live: Martha Antoinette Coakley is comedy gold. Who will you get to play her?

One more thing, SNL: Let Curt Schilling do a cameo!

Yes, please.

*Update: Schilling responds:
I've been called a lot of things . . . But never, and I mean never, could anyone ever make the mistake of calling me a Yankee fan. Well, check that, if you didn’t know what the hell is going on in your own state maybe you could….
