I watched those two Biden clips you linked to but I don't know why...what a jerk we have has a VP. God forbid the day he moves into the White House, I don't even want to think about it.

Yeah, it's beyond creepy. A man who behaved like that in any private work setting would never get away with it, I hope. The face-touching makes my skin crawl. It must have been hard for some of the men to sit through that. Again, in another setting, a husband, father, or son, could tell him to back off. But as VP he has carte blanche.
